Meet the Team
Financial clarity is often obscured by the complexity of data. Our founders, Rob Nash, Matthew Lepri and Kyle Ogilvie, recognized a persistent challenge within higher education: the struggle to forecast financial futures with confidence. With their combined experience in financial analysis and project management, they saw an opportunity to make a transformative impact.

Rob Nash
In the heart of Rob’s professional journey lies a deep-seated belief in the power of strategic financial management to not only navigate but also to master the complexities of higher education's evolving landscape. His approach has always been to look beyond the numbers, to see the stories they tell and the futures they can shape. This philosophy is the cornerstone upon which Campus Financial was built. His expertise in crafting dynamic financial strategies and models is driven by a commitment to precision and foresight. Through years of dedicated work in higher education, he’s learned that true financial clarity comes from understanding the nuanced interplay between data, strategy, and the unique missions of educational institutions.

Matthew Lepri
Matt began his journey as a finance professional working with dozens of early-stage start-up founders in a financial analyst in-residence incubation role. This multi-year experience helped cultivate a lifelong skill-set of uncovering creative ways to build business models for innovators, oftentimes with very limited resources, by turning complex data sets and disperate inputs into actionable insights for forecasting and budgeting. He then turned to the higher-education market, where he’s spent nearly a decade honing a passion for problem solving, with a specific focus on the enrollment, matriculation, and revenue KPIs that matter most to academic partners. This experience led Matt to a deep understanding that in the face of an ever-changing higher education landscape, adaptability and innovation in financial planning are not just advantageous but essential. Matt embodies the essence of financial stewardship, with a career defined by pushing the boundaries of what is possible in strategic finance and operations. His perspective is that financial management should be as dynamic, creative and forward-thinking as the educational institutions we serve.

Kyle Ogilvie
Kyle Ogilvie is a technology jack-of-all-trades. He initially cut his teeth on data science working for a political fundraising firm, and then spent seven years at an OPM, building a full-stack data team that did everything from data architecture to high-impact analysis and business operations improvement. He founded a data consultancy named &KO during 2021 in Washington, DC, where he put his "tell me your problem & I will fix it" ethos to work for clients in sectors including philanthropy, fitness, edtech, politics and journalism. He's a big proponent of running after new technologies but balancing them with results and sustainability. Kyle's heart and soul live somewhere on the Eastern Seaboard, but he’s currently leaving a piece of them in San Francisco.
